Handmade Nature of Products:
All of my crafts are handmade from start to finish and one of a kind. Because of this, slight variations, brushstrokes, or small imperfections should be expected. These are not flaws, but part of the charm and uniqueness of a handmade item. No two pieces are ever exactly the same!
Shipping Policy:
Thank you for supporting my hand-painted crafts! Each piece is made with care, and I want to make sure your order reaches you safely. Please review the shipping details below.
Processing Time:
All orders are hand-made and typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on rates and delivery times. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond my control.
Packaging:
Each item is carefully packages to protect it during transit. I take extra care to ensure your hand-painted craft arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
I am not responsible for delays once your package has been handed to the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact me at creatingthruchaos25@gmail.com and I will assist with filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. I will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
I want you to love your hand-painted craft! Please read the policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns:
Due to the handmade and unique nature of my crafts, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. I do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 2 days of delivery at creatingthruchaos25@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, I will work with you to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
At this time, exchanges are not offered. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
